One look across every shop, however many there are
Each shop had grown its own sign, its own bill book and its own social page. Customers could not tell it was one business.

( The situation )
Over the years, each branch had made its own signs and posts. Three shops, three looks. Nothing was wrong with any one of them, but together they made the business look smaller than it was.
( What we did )
We audited every place the brand appeared, then set the rules once: one logo, one set of colours, one way of writing. We built locked templates for signs, bills and posts, so each branch could use them without redesigning anything.
( What changed )
New signs and posts now look the same in every branch, and a new manager can follow the templates on day one. The brand stays consistent as more people touch it.
